6. Point of Sales Persons (POSPs)
Traecit Investments and IMF Private Limited may engage Point of Sales Persons (POSPs) for distribution of insurance products as per IRDAI guidelines.
- POSPs are certified individuals authorized to solicit pre-underwritten insurance products under the supervision of our firm.
- POSPs act only within the limited scope permitted by IRDAI and cannot offer customized insurance advice or sell complex financial products.
- All POSP activities are monitored, and their conduct must adhere strictly to regulatory standards and our internal code of ethics.
